To cultivate resilience, foster connection, and alleviate anxiety and stress, please join us for a weekly community meditation, every Monday morning at 9am Pacific Time. Drawing from buddhist and secular mindfulness practices, each class includes community discussion, a guided meditation and mindfulness and wellness teachings to integrate into daily life. 

All are welcome!

In keeping with the buddhist teachings of generosity, and with awareness of the systemic influences that impact some people's ability to pay,  this weekly meditation is offered freely. For those, who have abundant means and are moved to support these teachings, I welcome your donations via Venmo, so I can continue to offer them freely. May these weekly meditations be in service of everyone's greater well being!
