PRESENCE offers a wide array of programs for self identified woman of all ages, from all walks and ways of life. Here are some upcoming classes and events:
The SisterWell Circle
-Every other Thursday* evening 6-8:30 PST, plus one Saturday 10am-3pm... October 14th-Feb 24th

The SisterWell Circle is a mindfulness-based and trauma-informed counseling & wellness group for women who want more support and connection as they navigate the ebbs and flows of life. The SisterWell Circle is open to women of all walks and ways of life, who are interested in asking deeper questions and who are open to their own deeper answers. The SWC is a 4 month committed group consisting of 10 group sessions, a five hour mini retreat, 1 personal session, weekly email check-ins (as desired and needed), two phone check-ins of up to 15 minutes each, and between-session practice/writing/exploration prompts. We will meet every other week for 2.5 hours, via Zoom.
It is ideal for any woman who wants support in the following areas of her life:
-addressing health and wellness issues
-managing stress, anxiety, depression
-learning to set healthy boundaries
-navigating life transitions, facing uncertainty
-healing trauma
-experiencing isolation and aloneness
-processing grief and loss
-addiction/dysfunction recovery
-etc.
Each SisterWell Circle will include/provide:
-experiential mindfulness practice
-community connection
-practices to regulate the nervous system and build resilience
-practices to cultivate emotion regulation
-group process and sharing
-creative practices such as movement, writing or drawing
-selected reading
**In consideration of the many people experiencing financial hardship due to Covid, or other issues related to social and economic injustice, I am offering a few sliding scale spots for women who demonstrate need. Please inquire for more information. Also, for those with financial abundance, please consider making a donation to support someone who may not even be able to pay the lowest end of the sliding scale.

Drawing from buddhist and secular mindfulness practices, each class includes community discussion, a guided meditation and mindfulness and wellness teachings to integrate into daily life. All are welcome! |
In keeping with the buddhist teachings of generosity, and with awareness of the systemic influences that impact some people's ability to pay, this weekly meditation is offered freely. For those, who have abundant means and are moved to support these teachings, I welcome your donations (via Venmo). May these weekly meditations be in service of everyone's greater well being!

WILDNESS & WISDOM: A Women's Nature Retreat
@ Rivers Bend Retreat Center & Hendy Woods in Anderson valley Saturday June 12th 10am-5pm (with the option to camp overnight) The day will begin at River's Bend Retreat Center in an old and magical grove, and from there we will go on a daylong journey into a lush redwood forest. We will meditate, dance, connect with our wildness, walk the river, swim, and do whatever else we are inspired to do among the wilds of Hendy Woods and the Navarro River. |

For those who desire a deeper retreat you are welcome to rent a cabin, or campsite at River's Bend Retreat Center, or at other places in Anderson valley and stay through the weekend.
CABIN RENTAL:

CAMPING:
If interested in camping at RB...
- Please get in touch with me personally. There is enough space available for up to 10 women to camp out, Friday night, Saturday night, or both. The additional fee for camping will be determined by how many women choose to camp, and will be in the range of $15-35 a night. The camping grove is positively magical!
**For those who wish to stay over Saturday night following the retreat, we can gather for an evening fire circle.
